The Marketing Clinic (“TMC”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and where applicable the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Australia Privacy Act 1988.
What we collect
When you interact with our website or services, we collect:
- Contact details you submit via our forms (name, email, phone, clinic information).
- Marketing attribution data from URL parameters (utm_source, utm_campaign, fbclid, gclid, msclkid) — captured under legitimate-interest grounds for advertising attribution.
- Analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (page views, interactions, device info) for site improvement.
- Booking information when you schedule a consultation via Calendly.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiries and book consultations.
- To improve our website and marketing.
- To attribute marketing performance — fbclid/gclid passed to ad platforms for conversion measurement.
- To send service-related communications you've opted into.
How we store it
Form submissions are routed to internal communication tools (Slack notifications) and to our Calendly account for the booking flow. We do not maintain a central customer database; lead data lives where the action lives.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
Third-party processors
- Google Analytics — anonymised page-level analytics.
- Calendly — consultation booking.
- Vercel — site hosting and edge logs.
- Slack — internal lead notifications.
